Gary has 40 years of experience consulting to private, public and non-profit organizations. Gary has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries including high technology fabrication and assembly, heavy manufacturing, consumer food products, health care, training and education, chemical production, oil transport, law enforcement and corrections, and public education. His consulting practice focuses primarily on guiding clients through major systems changes to create high performance work systems.

Meg McConnell
Meg, an Associate for Strategic Focus Associates, is a communications professional with over 20 years of client-facing experience. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, she is the owner of Due West Design studio and has consulted with organizations in a variety of industries including higher education clients, technology companies, medical practices, fine arts organizations, and many in the nonprofit space. Her work with SFA primarily focuses on developing project communication materials, report design, and running planning and logistics for large group meetings. Meg holds a master’s degree in Communication and also has significant experience managing projects for national and international corporate, nonprofit, and small business clients.
Laura Tyler
Laura is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified MBA graduate and strategic thinker with a passion for continual process improvement. With a Master of Business Administration degree from Clemson University, Laura has honed her skills in project management and global management and brings a diverse educational background and scientific approach to her professional pursuits.
In her previous roles, Laura has demonstrated her ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence. As the practice manager of a specialty surgical practice, she continually drove team success implementing a series of digital transformations gaining efficiencies through streamlining workflows, reducing duplicated work, and reducing rework.
