Zenia is an Associate at Strategic Focus Associates, based in the Washington DC area. She has more than 25 years of experience leading major organizational change efforts from small startups to Fortune 50 businesses. Zenia has deep experience in working in the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to drive organizational change across large complex systems, incorporating organizational design, change management, integrated talent management, and team effectiveness interventions. Zenia has consulted to client organizations in a variety of sectors including higher education, financial services, federal government, technology, government contracting, manufacturing, and nonprofit.

Led cross-functional team through this effort while minimizing risks and business disruption.
