Assessment and Redesign
SFA supported the Provost to assess the current state of his office, develop data-based design criteria for redesigning the office, facilitating organization modeling at the strategic design level to simplify and clarify the function of the office, facilitating organization design at the mid level, and supporting implementation in key units.
Medical University of South Carolina
Enterprise Wide Strategy Development
SFA supported the President of the University to develop and deploy a highly participatory process to build an enterprise wide strategy plan (includes the University, the Hospital and the Physician’s practice). In about twelve months time, the first integrated strategy was deployed and progress is being measured.
