Summary Profile Mr. Swanson has 23 years experience in the fields of dispute resolution, negotiation, organizational development/culture change, facilitation, and leadership development/coaching, including serving 7 years as senior partner in the consulting firm of Carr Swanson & Randolph, and 12 years with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). He has provided a wide range of dispute resolution, facilitation, training, leadership development and dispute systems design services in the United States and abroad having worked with over 50 Federal, State, local and tribal governments and has trained over 3,000 mediators, leaders and negotiators. Mr. Swanson has a Masters degree in Conflict Management as well as an undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology, both from George Mason University.
